Bad work and Service

I took my car in for inspection and oil change last year. They found a coolant leak and suggested a radiator (turned out to be a water pump). I had inspection and oil change done and left. My odometer quit working after that and they denied responsibility. I just went to Jiffy Lube and had an inspection and oil change. The technician could not remove the drain plug.
