Surpisingly good!

I say suprisingly because I am always leary of nationwide box-store auto chains. They tend to hire screw ups and take no responsibility when they damage or break something. But these guys are a joy to work with. Always friendly, always competant, and they never push anything on me I do not need. They do a through vehicle check and alert me if anything needs attention, like a headlight or fuel filter. In no case... view more did they sell me something that was not necessary. Last time I paid for a tire rotation and new air filter but the service tech came in and said it wasn`t necessary this time and deducted it from the total. Now that`s honesty. I can handle the wait times as long as I trust that they know what they are doing and will never try to rip me off. Absolutely recommend them.

Damaged vehicle and not willing to cover repairs

I took my vehicle in for a simple inspection and now am looking at over 200 dollars worth of damages caused by their "technician". When I contacted their corporate office, I was told they would take care of the costs. However, upon faxing them the quote for the repairs, they suddenly claim they are not responsible.
