This employee of Impex not only needs a lesson in driving, but a lesson in manners. See the photo above where he flipped me the bird after calling me a Bit**. It didn`t matter that he pulled out illegally in front of me three different times. Stay away from these guys and buy from a local business that cares about the community.

These guys act like they are t...

These guys act like they are the only used car dealer in town. I went there to purchase car advertised for $14,900. When I went to go see the vehicle it had BALD TIRES, BAD BATTERY, MISSING HEADREST TV MONITORS, NO TIMING BELT SERVICE RECORDS. They didn`t advertise any of that, the car drove ok and the bottom dollar they would take was $14,300 with all those issues...WTF? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, if they are like this ... view moreimagine how they would be after the sale...lol

Came up here a few days ago to...

Came up here a few days ago to look at a GMC work van I had seen listed on the internet. The salesperson Johnathon was very attentive and profesional. We noticed that the tires were in good condition, but did not match, 2 were Bridgestone and 2 were Michelin. They offered to change out 2 of the tires for free. I now have 4 matching Michelins and couldn`t be happier. They are good people.

I was trying to buy a car from...

I was trying to buy a car from here, a relatively cheap one at that ($5,000.) I visited the lot after I saw one online that I was interested in. I liked it after looking it over, even though there were some moderate flaws, but the price was not bad. So I fill out an application and was told that I would be contacted by the end of the day about everything, and to call back at 7. No one was there because they close... view mored at 7. The next day I had to call at 11 AM and they said my salesman wasn`t available but he would call me as soon as possible at 1 PM at the latest. I had to show up at 4 PM to see him. He told me that he would call the next morning at the latest. Once again I had to come the next day at 2 PM to get any sort of answers. This time I was informed the car had been sold the previous night, while I was in the middle of trying to buy it and I was never informed. This place is garbage about customer service and I wouldn`t reccomend them to anyone. Plain and simple.

I have bought three cars from Impex and have been happy every time. Jonathan was my salesman and he is wonderful!!! Actually, everyone there was truly a pleasure working with. They make every step of the process go smoothly. I will be back in the future!
