Bad experience at SnappyLube

Tuesday December 30, 2008 Just returned from having my oil changed at your place of business, what an experience. Went down early so I wouldnt have to wait to long, boy was I wrong. When I got there was only 1 car in the stall so I was directed to the other stall. They pulled it in and that is were it sat for at least 15minutes before they started servicing it. You had 5 or 6 employees there but no one anxious to get... view more started. once they did they had no oil filters to fit my car. They had to send out to get one. When they finally finished I asked if they lubricated the ball joints and they said no the grease gun didnt work. Is this anyway to run a business. The bill didnt change because of the lousy service. I have always had all three of my cars serviced there but that ended today.
