DO NOT DO ANY SERVICE WITH THESE PEOPLE

I tried to get my windshield fixed today after my windshield shattered. This was an emergency repair and they promised to get it done today. We decided to go with them because they had the best price but it was ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT. Due to an hour rain, they claimed to be backed up today. They gave us a 9 to 4 window and then called at 4:30 and said that they could not do it. COURTNEY was extremely rude and unhel... view morepful and told me she did not care if we used her or not. They are unfriendly and have terrible customer service. DO NOT USE THEM! ESPECIALLY FOR MOBILE SERVICE.

Go ahead rip me off

I stopped by to get an estimate on the left & right front window regulators on my 2003 Lincoln Towncar 1st I was asked if the window motors were working I said yes then was told that the regulator&motor came as 1 assembly then I was told if only the regulator were replaced the motor would fail. Total cost $610.00 plus tax. I left and called Lincoln they stated the regulator can be purchased separately if motor works... view more or as 1 assembly with motor. I never take any repairshops word for anything without doing research, you know what these people were going to do to me right install 2 regulators because my motors worked and charge me as though they installed new motors and even if that weren`t the case they were dishonest about the fact that the regulator & motor are only sold as 1 assembly, its not like they made a mistake since this is 1 of the things they are in the business of doing. Now in all fairness the glassmasters in Raleigh did install a winshield in my car a couple of years ago and did a righteous job. Shame on you Glassmasters in Durham.

went over to glassmasters. spoke with jackson the installer .very detailed in the install. he told me about the molding needing replacing and the price he gave on the phone he honored. great work guys!
