I have been a BMW Driver for many many years. For most of those years I was one of those owners who thought only the dealership could service my car. Wrong! I was referred to Paul last year and my life has forever changed. Not only do I get bettter customer service I also get a better price. Don`t be fooled this is a qualifed BMW mechanic without the BMW name.

I would tell everyone I know a...

I would tell everyone I know and I will that this man Paul that owen the place has made our experience completely miserable. We have had our SL 500 up there a total of 14 days and it is in worse shape than it was before we took it after charging us over 4,000.00 we have to take it to a dealership to fix what he apparently can not. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

I am currently in the market for a new car and found a Mercedes that I love, however with any car you have to make sure you can afford the price along with the maintenance so I shopped around for prices and Southend was wonderful!! The person I spoke with was extremely helpful and willing to answer all of my questions without hesitation or trying to hurry me off the phone.
