There is always an extra charge on the bill for something you weren`t told was needed. Our son has had a radio replaced and a sound system repaired. Both bills were higher than initially quoted. His car was recently totaled. We took the totaled car and the replacement car to have the radio in the replacement exchanged for the sound system and radio. The radio in the totaled car was never installed and they kept ... view morethe radio without telling us. A second trip had to be made to pick up the radio. The manager told me "if we keep screwing up why do you keep coming back." Rest assured we are never going back.
