I believe they took advantage of me when my vehicle needed repairs while out of town in their area. I was overcharged for the 10 minutes it took to actually do the repair and charged $10 for "shop supplies". When I complained the next day, the service manager was rude and unpleasant and told me that shop supplies was a fee for disposing of hazardous waste. Since I left with the original part they replace... view mored I can`t imagine there was any disposal fee associated with my repair. All in all, I think they are predatory and unethical. If anyone thinks $280 is a fair fee to replace an ignition coil please let me know.
