Awful service

On 18 sept 2013 at 10 am, I dropped off my truck for a brake job that had already been arranged the night prior. I was informed it would only be 1 to 1.5 hours to complete it. I never received a call, by 1:30 pm I called to get a status, the lady on the phone informed that for the past 3.5 hours they have been looking for my keys. Afterwards I was told about another hour and a half till completion. I stopped in the s... view moretore at 3:30 for a status, the mech had stopped work due to a rusty brake line that I was already aware of and approved the replacement of. Then he stated more issues of the lines meeting at a block welded to my axle and needing replacement. After reviewing the issue, there were no tool marks or catalyst on the fittings. Once I suggested the proper method, the fittings on the axle came free. By 4 pm I was quoted a price 200$ cheaper then the previous with this ignorant part hanger trying to rebuild my whole truck. I am very disappointed in the service I received at the Fayetteville location.
