Don`t go to Wilkes Nissan! I wanted to let other people know how much hassle I have gone through because of Wilkes Nissan. They switched the vin number on my car with a different car. Upon realizing this, they sent me new paperwork to fill out. I thought this was the end of it, but 6 months later I found out that they never corrected their mistakes. My car hasn`t been registered to my name, or the vin number and... view more my license plate is registered to a different person. This made it look like I had a stolen car when a police officer informed me of all of this. I have so far been to the DMV twice and nothing has happened. I have called Wilkes Nissan several times and the last time I was at the DMV it still wasn`t worked out and the DMV says they haven`t received the updated paperwork. This is an ongoing problem and I am going to have to go back to the DMV and try to work it out again. Hopefully, this will be resolved soon, but I want other people to know that this place doesn`t value their customers.
