I just had my oil changed across the street and was on my way to Lowes Home Improvement when I saw smoke under my hood. I pulled into the Tire Kingdom and a young lady came out to meet me. Pleasantly surprised! She asked me to pop the hood of my car so she could see what was going on. She noticed that the oil cap was missing. She walked across Concord Parkway and retrieved my cap from her competitor, installed it... view more back on my car, cleaned the oil off the top of my engine, and even topped the oil itself off. All at no charge. She just asked that next time I need a service to give her a chance. She said she has been there for a few months now and that she wants my business.
