We were on our way to Florida when we stopped for gas at the Nashville, NC exit. When we stopped at the top of the ramp the power steering pump went out. After calling AAA who did not offer anything other than a tow I called Autozone and ask if they knew anyone who was open (since it was 5:30pm) that could do the repairs. They said to call Langley `s. We did and they offered to verify that the pump was bad but wa... view mores not sure that they could do the work till morning. After they verified the pump was bad and could get the parts Mr. Langley offered to have his mechanic stay and do the work. While the work was being done he gave us a car to use to drive into town and find a place to eat. Everyone there was very helpful and they got us back on the road to continue our trip. We thank Mr. Langley and his mechanic for their outreach and courtious response. They deserve a 5 star for this... It was around 8:30 pm that we were back on the road...
