Rip-off Service Warranties, BE WARE!!!

Don`t ever be talked into buying a service maintenance warranty, GAP insurance, or extended warranty from this dealer. They are rip-off artists, and these warranties are no good and when you cancel them, the dealer won`t cancel them and refund your money. You will have to hire a lawyer and sue them to get your money back. This dealer will not return your calls, or meet with you when you have a problem. The Best place to service your Ford

I have had my 1991 Taurus SHO serviced at University Ford for the past 4 years. Ms Elaine Goss(my service advisor) and the rest of the service team have worked hard to help maintain my SHO as well as the rest of my families` vehicles. They are A+ in my book.

Best Service in town!

University Ford, in downtown Durham, NC, has been servicing my 1991 Taurus SHO for over 4 years. Ms Elaine Goss(service advisor) and Mr Neal McKinney(the SHO Specialist) have worked very closely with me in the care and upkeep for this unusual vehicle. Neal has gone out of his way to work with me in keeping the SHO in top running conditions.
