First time at this auto detail...

First time at this auto detail place and first time ever paying for a detail. Called to schedule an appointment - very easy. Dropped my 2012 Honda CRV off at 9 AM and picked it back up at 2 PM. I did a cursory check over and it looked good. Took my CRV home and did a more thorough inspection. Found trash in the seat back packets including straw wrappers dirt, and sand. This was all there before I took it in. ... view moreAdditionally, I found that the plastic parts in the back seat had not been cleaned as well as the cup holders on both doors were still dirty. I stopped looking and called the Spa to ask about this. The man who answered was very polite over the phone and wanted me to come back. The problem was they told me very clearly they were not busy and in fact when I went to pick up the CRV everyone was sitting around and there did not appear to be much work going on. I am dissatisfied to and frustrated. It`s one thing to be very busy and miss but when you are not busy and this still happens, that tells me all I need to know. Time to find a new detail place.
