THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF!!

We purchased a car here in August and by late October, we had taken it back to their shop for numerous repairs.. One of the first repairs was to fix a non working horn (safety hazard) and in the process, they broke off the lever that adjusts the steering column! If we hadnt brought it to their attention- they would have never told us. By the end of October- they claimed to have fixed the radiator! NOT! It overheated ... view moreand caused the engine to seize up.. They claimed they would take care of us- and put us in another piece of junk- when we found out that car had a laundry list of issues after taking to AAA before we agreed to take it- they tried to argue with us about the third party used car inspection! Long story short - we went through two pieces of junk cars with these guys, after putting $1500 down, they gave us less than a third of our down payment back!! All the time acting like they did us a favor...They do sub par inspections on the cars here as well... Do your research on the car before you buy here!! You have many other options in Charlotte...
