Outstanding service and customer care!!!

When my car overheated in rush hour traffic, the last thing I wanted to deal with was unfriendly and pushy mechanics. I found Darrell`s Garage and spoke with Terry. Not only is he understanding, but he spoke to me like I am a person and not "a stupid female that can be taken for a lot of money". Terry was courteous enough to explain what was wrong with my car and then what NEEDED to be done as opposed to... view more what COULD be done. Terry also came in on his day off to test drive my car before returning it to me which he allowed me to pick up on a day the shop was normally closed. The service I received at Darrell`s Garage is not only superior to any in the industry, it is also much appreciated! I will be sure to refer everybody I know!!! Thanks again Terry!!!
