Possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership! We were excited about purchasing (with cash!) a new Prius, so we went to Scott Clark`s Toyota in Charlotte recently and were exposed to the most embellishing, quarrelsome, arrogant, argumentative individuals I have ever met.
