Got my Escape back from Pat`s ...

Got my Escape back from Pat`s shop in Winston Salem. The back end was severely damaged in a rear-end collision. Pats repaired the rear quarter panels, Rear door and bumper. New trailer hitch. All I can say is it looks as good if not better than the day I bought it. The paint job is beautiful. If you ever need great body work, I highly recommend Pat`s Body Shop.

Disregard the two posts below, because

Disregard the two posts below, because those accusations are completely fictitious. I have gone to Pat`s on two occasions; one to repair the bumper on my Mazda Miata after a fender bender and another to repair pretty much the entire front of my son`s Chevy Camaro after he had an accident. On both occasions the staff at Pat`s did a phenomenal job in regards to quality of the repair and the time it took to do the repa... view moreirs. Not only did they repair my Miata, but I also asked for them to recover my seats and they did a fantastic job on that project as well. These people are respectable and hard working individuals who get the job done right. I honestly can`t say enough good things about Pat`s Body Shop and I will recommend their services to any person who is looking for work done on their vehicle.

I had a state farm insurance claim and Pat`s Body Shop came very highly recomended for repairs. The whole repair process was made simple from start to finish. I did not have rental car insurance and Pat`s let me use a loaner car for customer service to use while my car was being repaired. I now am sold for life on using Pat`s for all my repair needs.

The worst experience ever!! I...

The worst experience ever!! I wish I had read the reviews before I took my car the Pat`s body shop. Terrible paint job and they messed up puting the car back together after the paint job; my back door`s don`t lock anymore, my side mirror doesnt work anymore, some of the pading in the doors keep coming off inside. Do Not use this company! They are AWFUL!!!!!

Customer Service

I took my car to Pat`s the week between Christmas and New Years because there was a bunch of damage from an ice storm. They did a super job fixing my car. They also detailed my car inside and out when I picked it up when it was promised to me. The people there were very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anybody that needs body work done to their vehicle.

Bad customer service.and bad work

I took my car up there to have body work done to it not only was they rude to me but the work done to my car was terrible. The car dealer I brought it from was very upset with the work done to the car and so was my parents.When I took it back they basically tells me in so many words that they are unable to do their job because it had been in a previous accident,which had nothing to do with the messy work they had don... view moree to my car.And had the carfax pulled just to show that it had not been in an previous accident.I was also threatened by the wife husband who also works there.My overall experience was terrible.I wish anyone who goes to them luck!

Bad Paint and Body work and won`t stand behind work.

I took my Corvette there for a front fender repair. The repair they did was sloppy. You can see the seams and the glue used to glue the panels. The paint job has every defect and they even acknowledge that fact. They tried to blame me saying it was something I used on the tires that would not allow the paint to stick. I had paint popping of before I got the car home, but they told me they had enough trouble getting t... view morehe paint on the car and they didn?t want to see it again. After talking with other paint shops and Corvette repair shops I have found out what a bad reputation Pat? Body shop has. They prey on first time customers that aren?t aware of their poor work and non commitment to stand behind it.
