Was so upset when our transmission went out - but Cottman came to the rescue. I called around to about 10 transmission places on the Saturday morning that the transmission blew and Winifred was the first person who was proactive and friendly. He had a tow truck at my home within 30 minutes and said he`d have it fixed by Monday afternoon. At first I thought he must be so friendly because they were struggling for busin... view moreess, but they were very busy! He did what he said he would do - he got it done for the amount of the original estimate and on time! When he said he could do it for $XXXX, I figured it would actually end up being twice that amount, but he stuck to his word! This man loves his job and everyone else that works there seemed friendly, too. I even printed a 10% off coupon from Cottman`s website.
