An absolute travesty!

This particular store on High Point Rd. is an absolute travesty. I patronized this place for approximately three years, getting my oil changes and the no charge rotate and balance. Well, the past couple of oil changes they have told me that the struts on my car are weak and need to be replaced. My car is about 8 years old and has a little over a hundred thousand miles on it. I go to my dealer for a second opinion ... view moreand they tell me that there is absolutely nothing wrong with my struts but that I do need front brakes. Now, Merchants was going to charge me approximately $800 to put on new struts that I didn`t need. Unless you have money to throw away, I would not recommend patronizing this Merchants at all!
