Worst Customer Service I Have EVER Seen!

The reason I gave them 1 star is because I had to. I`m in the middle of restoring a classic Mustang and I needed some parts. I gave these people a call. Yes they have the parts I need but will have to go outside to double check, they instruct me to call back in 1 hour. I go ahead and lay down my tools, get in my car, and begin making the hour and 30 min. drive to their location. At exactly 1 hour I call them back ... view moreas they instructed. The lady at their parts counter tells me that they didn`t go check on my parts because it is raining. I guess they got a rule about selling parts in the rain. She tells me that they will not be able to check until day after to tomorrow. So now I have wasted my time, I have driven all that way for nothing (by the way gas is $3.50 per gallon), and work is not getting done on my car. I will never do business with these people ever again.
