Buyer Beware POOR Customer Service

I purchased 5.8 crate motor for an F250 my (reputable) mechanic put it in for us then it started overheating immediately so he looks at it & finds the HEAD GASKET is on backwards. So we call Paul & he says crate it & ship it back at OUR expense & we`ll see who was to blame! Well it bacame a blame game instantly then proceeded to tell me to keep the receipt for warranty, this engine was used for work i... view moref I took it out & sent it back I cannot work well he could care less about that now the engine is blown & we`re out $2000 plus the cost of a rebuild or new engine & YES it was their fault. I am on a mission to make sure this does not happen to anyone else, I`ll be leaving reviews everywhere I can!! Who runs a business like this I mean the whole time I was there Buying the engine he was extremely nice don`t be fooled as soon as he gets your money he could care less about you or your family, in today`s market money is hard to come by don`t give it away for nothing at Kannappolis Engines!!
