My family has purchased 6 vehicles over the last decade from Leith Acura and I recently purchased my first car. During my first trip to look at Leith, I dealt with Gerome Williams. In subsequent dealings Gerome was extremely unprofessional. He accused me of trying to ""screw him over"" and told me I needed to get over a $1500 price difference. Bill Sharp, a manager, worked with me to understand my complaints, desires in a car, and financial situation. Bill was upfront about the price ranges I could afford and helped me to find my perfect new (used) car. Bill then turned the sale over to Will Ellis, who was excellent. Will was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful in answering my questions. In addition to the excellent service I received from Bill and Will, a key factor in my decision to give Leith a second chance was the Service Department (I took the car my parents allowed me to drive, a Honda Civic, to Leith for service). All of the Service Members are professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They always ensure that you understand all of the details so that you can make the best decision regarding your vehicle. Rafael Prado, in particular, is always professional and personable! Bottom line: if you want a luxury car for a good price and an excellent service department, Leith is the way to go!

Great Experience!

We recently purchased a certified used Volvo from this dealership. The customer service is excellent. We went through Clark Rodgers. This salesman knew every single detail about his vehicles. We went back a few times to check out the car, and at no time did we feel pressured. Obviously they are in the sales business. But Mr. Rodgers was patient with us, and it paid off. Not a good experience of Leith Volvo

The dealership is probably fine, just avoid the salesman named ""Mike."" We went to get some specifics about a Volvo and he let us sit there for 2 hours while he pretended to be getting that information. He kept leaving us for 10-15 min intervals and then coming back with little pitches for a car we weren`t even there for (""Would you do $x for that Acura?""). He said his manager was really busy, but when we final... view morely said we had to leave, we noticed that the manager was leisurely hanging out in the Acura dealership lobby (next door). On our way home, Mike called our cell with the info we had originally wanted. Too late!

Bad Business

I took my new Kia SUV (I did not buy it here), which is still under manufacturer warranty, for a broken reservoir, which had cracked. They would not cover it under the warranty and wanted to charge me full price for replacing it, even though they were supposed to cover it. So I just bought the reservoir from them and changed it myself. Shortly after, I took my Kia for maintenance at a farther Kia dealer and they told... view more me they would have changed it for free under the warranty and had already changed many of them before because those reservoirs had turned out to be defective, cracking after a while, and were replaced with a sturdier model that wouldn`t crack on its own.
