Above and Beyond the Call of Duty!

Last week I took my SUV to Monro Muffler Brake on East Chatham Street in Cary where the Head Mechanic, Mark Prouty, took a look at my brakes. I explained the issues I was having with my brakes (sound effects and all) while he listened carefully. With my believing it was the more expensive problem with the brakes, like the brake roters, he took the time to, not only show me the brake pads, but also explained to me h... view moreow and why it wasn?t the brake roters ? just the brake pads.
