Very dissapoined with the service at this company. To date I have not recieved the diagnostic report about my 2004 van. Prior to taking my car to this company I got 2 quotes from other companies. After believing in the owner of this company I decided to take a chance. This company is supposed to llive by the "Golden rule concept". I have not to date recieved the diagnostic report on my vehicle. All I g... view moreot back was a box of parts and a price at least $1,000.00 higher that my bids. I choose this company because the owner or the alleged owner is listed as a member of the board of directors of a national organization that represent honesty and fair dealing. I was never shown the "nation wide warranty". I would not recommend any one to use this company.

Great Service

Talk about great service!! I researched Better Business Bureau (BBB) for repairs and found Nationwide Transmission. I made an appointment online and 10 minutes later, after store hours might I add, I received a phone call from the owner! I explained my situation and he went above and beyond to retrieve my vehicle. His transmission diagnostic test pinpointed where we needed to go. He does nothing without the consent o... view moref the customer after his FREE test. My money situation was the hold up on having my vehichle repaired and Blake explained he would do everything he could to help and that he did!! My car was fixed in no time and I cannot say enough how much I appreciated the great service! Thank you would be an understatement!

Exceptional Work

Our vehicle had transmission problems while we were driving to Florida on vacation with our children. Luckily, we were on I95 and spent the night at a local hotel. We saw in the phone book that Blake answered his phone 24/7 so we dialed him up and he ANSWERED the phone. After explaning our situation to him, he called a local towing company to pickup our car. On Monday morning Blake was on the phone to give us the... view more bad news. Our transmission needed to come out and be repaired. Needless to say, we rented a car at Enterprise on Bragg Blvd, and continued on our way to Florida. By Wednesday evening, Blake called to say the car was finished and we could pick it up at our convenience. We stopped in Fayetteville on our way home from Disney World to pick up our car and left for the North on Saturday evening. In the end, Blake saved our children`s vacation at Disney and the warranty that Blake provided is even good in New York. Thanks Blake and your crew for a job well done.
