The customer service at Josh Smith Auto Repair was terrible. The person that you have to talk to set up an appointment was very rude and has no customer service experience whatsoever. The shop was good about fixing my vehicle but the staff needs alittle work with their attitudes.

Finally, an honest mechanic!
I was so pleased after taking my car to Josh Smith Auto Repair. The guys did a great job, had awesome prices, and I really felt like I could trust them. I would definately recommend them to work on anyone`s car! Thanks guys!
