I brought my car in to remove two cosmetic marks that were very small. When I got my car back I noticed a very long scratch along one side. I pointed this out to Keith the owner, and he told me next time I get it detailed I can have it buffed out?! WTF, I bring the car it to make it better not worse. I also noticed my door on the driver side won?ˆ™t close unless I SLAM it and the Radio and the blinkers won?ˆ™t work. ... view more I sent him an email asking about these problems and the guy did not even respond. Great Service

I was in a minor accident due to bad weather and I asked a co-worker if she knew of a good body shop. She referred me to KNS auto collision in Carrboro. Not only was the staff friendly but I actually spoke and dealt with the owner (Keith Newman) personally. He gave me a quote that was better than the rest I had researched online.
