I would never use them for inspections nor ANYTHING!!!!

They just failed our car and nothing was wrong with it. We completely checked it out before taking it there! They first said a license plate bulb was burned out. We told them we knew it was not because we just checked it! We went and showed them, and just like we said, BOTH bulbs were still burning! They are out to rip off the consumer and make money on people that don`t question what they say! We will NEVER go there again for anything!

PURE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I HAVE USED JIFFY LUBE IN SC AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. I HAD A OIL CHANGE DONE IN DURHAM NC AND WAS VERY UPSET TO FIND OUT THAT WHEN IGOT DOWN THE ROAD THEY HAD NOT PUT THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF OIL IN MY VEHICEL CAUSING IT TO RUN HOT LOSE OIL PRESSURE WITH CAUSED MY VEHICLE TO BURN THE PLUGS, BUT WOULD HAVE BLOWN MOTOR IF I HADNT CHECKED.
