I worked for the Dept of Corrections for almost 20 years and I have never met a bigger bunch of dishonest crooks than at this place! I sent my 19 year old daughter to get a state inspection, they failed the car and gave her an invoice for $1,000 to repair the vehicle to pass inspection. Took it to C&L auto where repairs were made, oil changed, wheels aligned and car inspected for under $200

stay away!

i do not recommend ever going to this or any merchants tire location. this is a corrupt company. they profit off of lies! i brought my car in and only had them take one tire off the rim, inspect it for damage and put it back on. they up charged me for "rebuilding the tpms sensor" and slapped on an extra fee for simply turning off the low tire pressure light. i ended up paying $50 for this. i spoke with a fa... view morectory certified ase certified mechanic and he told me that it is impossible to rebuild the sensor and they probably broke it themselves and charged me for replacing it with a new one and all they had to do to cut off the indicator light was fill the tire with the proper amount of air and drive it for 10 minutes...that it. there is no point in bringing this up with their managers either. they done care about quality, service or their customers.

terrible service

merchants tire are the worst mechanics i have ever seen. they try to sell you things that aren`t needed, don`t fix what they are suppose to, and are completely incompetent. i tried to have them do a simple radiator flush and they didn`t do it right, made a mess of my vehicle, and didn`t even put antifreeze back in when they were done. i recomend no one ever uses their services.
