I got ripped off by thier salesman Terry ( older man with 30 + yrs. exp. ) on my trade in.We told him it was in a minor accident a couple yrs. prioer & he deducted money from its value. While mentioning this to a body shop owner ( sometime later ) he stated that it`s only done when a vehicle is 1/3 or more of damage to its value. So,because I got beat out of $2k or more,I got RIPPED OFF by Don Jenkins Carolina Fo... view morerd - BEWARE !!!

Had a bad experience buying a used
Had a bad experience buying a used vehicle from them. Noise detected during test drive was to be checked out by mechanic. We were assured this was done, but within a week of taking possession of the vehicle, we were into what amounted to over $1,000 in repairs. I believe we were misled as to this vehicle`s condition and were very disappointed in our purchase. We will never go back to this dealership and will ce... view morertainly steer any friends away from there.

We went in a couple weeks before purchasing our 2011 Ford Flex, just to check the vehicle out and test drive one. After a couple weeks of checking on other vehicles, we went back to Don Jenkins Carolina Ford to look at the car again and make a decision. Highly recommend working with Major Terry Stroud. We also worked with the owner, Bob Jenkins. They were professional and were able to do their jobs without high p... view moreressure unscrupulous sales tactics. I believe that they were very fair and honest with us, and so far we are very pleased with our Flex purchase. I would definitely go there again if I am in the market.

We bought a new Ford Ranger fr...
We bought a new Ford Ranger from Don Jenkins Ford in 2007. We recently received an invitation for a special sale January 27 & 28th with a number to check to see if you were a prize winner We decided to go to Fuquay and eat lunch on the 28th and went by the dealership, not even interested in looking at new vehicles as ours only has 32K miles and is in excellent condition. Of course, they wanted to show us ... view morea new truck and after the salesman, Paul, quoted us a price, we told him we didn`t want to buy then. As we were leaving, a Ford representative from Florida stated that he would offer us the new Ranger for our truck and $5K. We told him we would go to lunch and think about it and then return. We thought about it and decided that it was a Good Deal and decided to take him up on the offer. We went back to the dealership and told Paul that we were interested. He wanted to evaluate and drive our truck and then he came back and gave us a price which was several thousand dollars more than we had been offered a couple of hours earlier. We asked him what happened to the $5K offer and he stated that the Ford Rep. didn`t realize that the MSRP was higher and thought it was for a cheaper truck. I would like to point out that the Ford Ranger is the cheapest truck they sell and they only had 2 of those. We then asked to speak to the Ford Rep, who happened to be trying to sucker some other buyers. At this point, Paul disappeared and we did NOT see him again. After waiting a long time, we approached the Rep when he was free and he again stated that he would take our truck and $5K. We then went outside to see both our truck and the new one and he came back inside and stated that the least he could take would be $7K. We got up and walked out. We consider this to be bait and switch tactics and would just like to make others aware of this. We wasted approximately 3 hours total at the dealership and will NEVER go back and recommend that you don`t either. We weren`t planning on buying today anyway, but he said he was going to make us an offer we couldn`t refuse and then went back on his word. Guess it goes back to the old saying, "If iF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY IS!!! Don`t trust Don Jenkins Carolina Ford! I do NOT give them any star rating, but could not send it without any!

Great car, great experience
We just bought a 2011 Ford Fusion at Don Jenkins and it was a great experience. We also bought our last car (2008 Edge) there and will continue buying cars from them. No in your face salesman pressure just friendly and knowledgeable people. The owner even gets involved to make sure you get the best deal around! The salespeople, administrative and service people are all very friendly and helpful. They compared pri... view moreces and made sure we got all the rebates and best options for the price which we really appreciated. It is comforting to have a good dealer to go to. We highly recommend you drive to Fuquay Varina to check out Don Jenkins Ford and ask for Bob Jenkins or Dave..

New 2010 Fusion Hybrid
I have purchased many vehicles over the years from many different car dealers and have learned the hard way to always read the contract and never rely on what any person tells me. After purchasing four vehicles from Don Jenkins Ford I can attest to the fact that what was said and what was in the contract are the same. The last two or three vehicles I purchased there I dealt with the salesman Terry Stroud who has alwa... view moreys been top notch in helping me choose vehicles that met my needs. They do not use high pressure sales tactics and you get a fair deal.

New 2010 Ford Focus
We purchased a new Focus from Don Jenkins and were very happy with the experience. The salesman was very helpful and easy to work with. We have been pleased with the car and the way the dealership valued us as customers.

Great SERVICE Department
Love the Service Dept. I have been here for 3.5 years with my Mercury. They have never tried to sell me service I didn`t need. Even recommended against me trying to buy tires before they were really needed. No problem being a walk-in and having a very reasonable wait time. I go here for every oil change and all maintenance. Ford Certified Technicians are all I will have on my car. No problem with my Annual DMV insp... view moreections either. I really am happy with these guys.
