Best Shop I`ve Found.

Well, I brought my Passat in, I`ve had some issues that I couldn`t get resolved at Bob King. Normally I stay away from independent shops, I just haven`t had good experiences. Well, the waiting area is really clean, and when I came to pick up my car (I came a little too early) there were books and kid stuff out so my daughter had something to do. Branden and John were great, they completely explained what they did and... view more why. I don`t know much about cars, they explained everything in a way I understood. Plus, they treat women with repsect. Not always the case with shops. I also met the mechanic who worked on my car. Great shop, clean, kid friendly, knowlegeable, and that`s why I`ll be back.

Horrible service, liars

In my opinion, this place is managed and employed by a bunch of liars. I took my car there to be worked on, paid for the service and nothing was fixed. I believe they took parts off of other junk vehicles and used them for my car. Its been almost a year, and the ""new"" parts they claim to have put on, are just as bad as the day i took my car in. Needless to say, i take my car elsewhere now.
