Not very honest and do not patronize unless you have money to give away

Back in May I ran up on the curb and flattened my tire on the right front passenger side. I got 4 new tires but there was a noise while driving. My husband figured that when I ran up on the curb, I bent the rim. He went to Hubcap Heaven and ordered a new rim. When the rim came in the rim was put on. My husband just happened to ask the guy if he thought that would solve the problem. The guy told him that the problem w... view moreasn`t the rim but the car needed a front end alignment and it was possibly the shocks. Of course he said this after the rim was paid for and on the car. Why in the world would you provide services of over $200 when you know that your services would not resolve the customer`s issue? If my husband had not asked then the guy would not have told him what he thought was the problem. If you know that is not the problem, why would charge someone for something you know they don`t need? Not everyone is as well versed in cars as a mechanic or else everyone would be a mechanic and would fix their own cars. You take your car to be fixed trusting that the person fixing it will be honest with you. That is not the case at Hubcap Heaven. And of course there are no refunds on mounted wheels and rims. So during the holiday season when people are struggling to make ends meet and don`t have a lot of money, the good people at Hubcap Heaven don`t have a problem taking your money for repairs that you do not need. I do NOT recommend this business unless you want to give money away. I will be telling everyone I know to not patronize this business. All I can say is karma is something else...
