AMAZING

I was traveling to Asheville for the weekend to see some friends when I experienced some problems with my car after filling up my tank for the 180 mile drive home. I called AAA who told me that I would have to tow my car home due to the fact that it was the weekend and that they weren`t able to find any shops open on a Saturday, especially at 3 PM. After much frustration, my father found this Firestone online and tol... view mored me that they were open until 5 and that he spoke with someone and they were expecting me. I made it there and then I told them the problems that my car was having and then they found the problem was my ignition coil was burnt out. They were very kind and welcoming ! They called all over the city looking for the right part for my car, which was unavailable and would have to be overnighted. I didn`t have over night, so they rearranged my ignition coils so that they would work better and get me home. They were very knowldgable and friendly throughout this whole time and kept me informed with what they were doing. There was one thing in particular that really stood out to me that made this Firestone absolutely exceptional. The next morning, Sunday, the man who was assisting me called to make sure that I got home safely. This Firestone took customer service above and beyond!
