NO NO NO !!!!! i called for a jump on my car,they jumped it backwords costing me $600..the guy was a jerk about it..i am taking him to court but still a headach...afterwords heard lots of other horror stories..please BEWARE

I would like to thank Bertocchi Towing for their attention to my problem yesterday! Having my first flat since riding for 20 years, the problem was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Over 100 miles from home, arriving at a dealership late in the day on a Saturday could have meant waiting until Tuesday or later for repair. This past summer, around August 1st, I called Bertocchi Towing, after breaking down 80 km outside of Laconia, NH. Man, was I lucky to get a hold of Bertocchi Towing! I used your service last night as my 2004 BMW stopped dead just outside Laconia. Your service rep had a tow truck meet up with me in about an hour. The towing company was great. They took the bike to the BMW dealer in Laconia. Sure am glad you were there when I needed you! Many thanks.
