durand dealership s_cks. bellows falls ,vt, usa almost all calls routed to 1 person. [he is in collusion with dealership fone operator to get all sales.] noticed the other dealers had no clients , day after day! i paid cash week in advance. he did not prep car for the additional $750 of items i bought. when i came to pick up car, dealer walked around avoiding me. made me wait as he hid in back ro... view moreom. used the usual rouse: this ` other` representative will help u .- a lie. paid for 2 extra keys[$500] that he said he gave to me a `minute ago`- he lied. i had hidden video cam , which i decided to let him "notice". finaly he gave 1 key to me, the other key his MISSING assistant gave , to me the next day. the list of dealer tricks used were much longer. i will just summarize: durand s_cks . this dealership s_cks. avoid these thieves. rav4 april2010. .///
