Terrible experience

Sold me a certified used car that would not pass inspection 3 days after they said it would be ready, wanted to put 300 miles on it, told them we wanted a refund, and they agreed, one of two things they did right. When arrived to pick up check at time we told them we would be in, the GM Steve Skulnik said rudely check wouldn`t be ready until after 3. We had driven over an hour to get there in NYC traffic, needing to ... view moremake sure we were home by 2 for 10 yr old. When I raised my voice and said that was bull, we had told them we would be in at 9, the GM interrupted me and said "you will not raise your voice in my showroom, leave or I`m calling the cops." When I tried to say "listen to me" he talked over me and told the salesman to call the cops. Let me explain that I was very frustrated, holding a 3 yr olds bored hand, I wasn`t screaming, I wasn`t threatening, I wasn`t calling him names, there were no other customers in the showroom, and he is going to call the cops on me. Luckily my husband was calm and explained the situation, Steve told the salesman not to call the cops, called Anthony, the only worthwhile person we dealt with, who verified my story. They called the owner and said they could get us a check at 12. They did get us the check, Anthony apologized for the situation, but we heard no apology From Steve, for any of the situation. He is a completely unprofessional "Manager". If you go to this dealer, only deal with Anthony Salomone.
