These guys were great from the beginning. Hit a deer over the weekend. Got my car into Shanley Collision the next Monday. Drove it in and got an estimate to send to my insurance company without needing an appointment. The estimate took 5 minutes and while they looked over my car they told me what they planned to do to fix each issue. Sent in the estimate to my insurance company and the same day that the company ap... view moreproved my estimate I got a call from Shanley Collision telling me that they got the OK from the company and can take me right away. They fixed up the car with no issues. Got into my car and it looked brand new. They detailed the inside of my car, including vacuuming, wiping down all hard parts, clean windows etc. without an extra charge. They even took care of this big adhesive sticker that I tried removing myself on my dash for my old GPS that I could not get off at all. They did all this complimentary. I have no need to go elsewhere when I have any body issues with my car. In and out service each time I had to go in to the shop. No waiting. These are great people and a great business.
