Lack of Professionalism

Miguel informed me he would call me with availability tire availability within 5 mins. I waited an 1 hour an 15 mins before calling he didn`t answer my call. I called from another number and he answered to tell me he didn`t have the tires and to try back on Monday. He could have answered the phone or returned the call and told me. It`s a tire not that serious.
