Worst dealer ever

I have been car shopping for several weeks and this was by far the worst dealer that I had the misfortune of walking in the front door. Our sales person was very friendly but the sales manager, a louse named richie was one of the most ignorant and forceful waste of a salesperson that you could only see on bad tv sitcoms. After working numbers with the salesman I decided to shop around some more, considering their tra... view morede in value on my previous car (which was only two years old) was almost 2 thousand dollars less than other dealers I had visited. The sales manager not only talked down to us and played us like fools over and beyond what I would normally consider rude, he continued to attempt to insult our intelligence and then basically called us liars after we even gave him a business card of another dealer that offered a better trade in deal. He was a severely rude and argumentative disgrace to anyone in the automotive sales industry. I would not send my worst enemy to this dealer. Even when I attempted to price a new kia, the sales reps in that department brushed us off and passed us on because they were scheduled to leave in an hour. Save your time, money and self respect and visit a dealer that will treat you better than the chimps they sent into outer space back in the 50`s and 60`s. It will be an hour of your life you will never get back. Look elsewhere.
