I recently had repairs done to...

I recently had repairs done to the right side of my hyundai consisting of the front fender, front passenger door and the rocker panel that extends from the front to rear underneath the doors. The door and fender where done perfectly with the paint matching; no complaints there. They rocker panel is another story. It did not fit properly with the curves and length not aligning therefore producing a slight gape where ... view morethe panel and fenders met. I Brought this to their attention and they told me to bring the car in. Once there the shop manager tried to deny fixing that side of the vehicle, then said he didn`t repair the rocker panel. Once I showed him the receipt he blamed the problem on the panel being plastic and that it wouldn`t be perfect. Then he suggested that I caused the problem by installing the mud guard for the front fender myself. The shop manager had a repairer take a look and even he suggested that possibly it wasn`t the correct panel for the vehicle. Long story short, I was told to ignore it because it was nothing they could do and that I was wasting time. Nice! Customer service is great before they get your money, afterwards, not so much.
