I have never had a problem with the service I have received from Mike, though I have often waited for insurance adjusters to finish their estimates. Once they were done my car was fixed asap, this has happened several times as I have hit a few deer!

Having a service shop I can trust to always be honest and present me with all the options is new to me. And it is the best feeling in the world to be able to say "Yes, do what has to be done, I TRUST you". Trombley auto is the best service anywhere! Excellent quality work done in a very timely manner by professionals who are respectful, at a very reasonable price!! What more needs to be said. The service is excellent, timely and affordably priced. I have never had an issue that could not be resolved on site. The staff are always willing to take the time to explain the problem and what is required to resolve it. I have had autobody repair done there as well and there is no one in the area that is superior. My vehicles have looked flawless upon return.
