This place has the worst phone skills,leave messages and they Don` t call you back. Sales and finance departments Don`t know what each other is doing, how do they stay in business. I was being helped on a vehicle and they sold it out from under me, real nice!

If I could give less than a star, I would. What a horrible experience. Too bad, I was ready to order a new vehicle too. Unfortunately they didnt have exactly what I wanted on their lot, and if I wasnt going to buy it last night, the salesman didnt want to give me the time of day. Thats ok, plenty of other Chrysler / Dodge dealerhsips in WNY. I`ll NEVER go back to this place again. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

NEVER DELIVERED VEHICLE. LOST TIME FROM WORK. OWNER TOM COLLINS IS A COMPLETE IDIOT. CALLED CHRYSLER ON THE DEALERSHIP AND GOT THE TRUCK FOR LESS MONEY AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP AND FLATBED DELIVERY TO MY HOUSE. SALES MANAGER AT WEST SENECA , MANCOUSO, A COMPLETE UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER. HOPE THIS HELPS IN YOUR DECISION. GOOD LUCK
