They don`t perform the services they claim to be performing. My Audi`s low oil light came on one week after it was in for its 30,000 mile maintenance. I took it to Jiffy Lube and the guy there said the oil was so black and gummy, it looked like it had never been changed. They also supposedly replaced my front air bag and the light came back on again 2 weeks later (conveniently after the car was out of warranty).
