I drove in with my 2005 Toyota Corolla and was approached by a salesman (david, I think. I would be more certain but I threw his business card in the parking lot before I left), who asked me what I was looking for, and I explained I was interested in a 2014 Toyota Corolla S Plus. He then directed me out onto the lot to look for the vehicle, he was unable to decipher the visual difference between the vehicles, so I p... view moreointed the model out and he insisted on a test drive, and I told him I am not sure why we are outside in the cold weather since, I told him I knew what I wanted and was ready to buy, so "lets talk numbers". As any smart buyer would, I had an offer from another dealership in WNY and had an offer for my car`s trade in value. We went back inside, and I gave him my keys where, he and two others went outside to review my car, and came inside and offered me less than 40% of what the other dealership offered me, and I said if he could do 1$ better than the other dealership did, I would like to give my business to their company. I was then offered sticker price on the vehicle that I wanted. I explained to the salesman that I needed either a better offer for my trade in and/or a reduced price of the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. He want into the sales managers office and relayed what I said and there was laughter. I was then told there was no way we could do business with someone who wasn`t serious about buying a vehicle. Mind you this was 20 minutes after my bank contacted the dealership to see how much cash I could bring in and be accepted to purchase a new car, my bank told me, they said only 10,000. So when the sales associate told asked me to leave and come back when I was serious, I put my cash in two 5,000 dollar bundles on the table to show the associate I was serious and then I said, lets not rush out the door, I really want to buy this car today, lets negotiate. He told me, I wont deal with someone who wants to one up him, "at the sketchy salesman game". So due to his own admission Fuccillo is HUGE, HUGE at being unprofessional, and not to misquote him, but "SKETCHY salesman tactics". So I left this sub par dealership and went to the first place that I had a quote from and purchased my brand new car for nearly 4,000 less than I was quoted at Fuccillo and 250% of the trade in value that was offered at this grand island dump. I wouldn`t do business with this company if they paid me, I intend to let everyone I know or anyone I bump into exactly what I think of this awful company. Imagine how embarrassed I felt leaving this place, being insulted by their rude actions and trade in offer, I am not unrealistic, I know my 2005 Toyota corolla isn`t the nicest, but no accidents, no problems, and only 85k miles all operated in Hawaii, never saw a winter, but to make me feel so embarrassed to stay with my vehicle and save up enough money to buy a new car with cash. Stay away from this company. Try a reputable company like Basil Toyota on Transit Road, as I experienced, they gave me a much better deal with sales people who aren`t full of themselves and know how to act professional. Actual Numbers: Fuccillo offered: 2k Trade in and 21,900 on price of vehicle Basil gave: 5k on trade in and 19,000 on price of vehicle with weather tech floor mats...... SOLD!!!!!!! PS the selection at Basil was superior to Fuccillo`s in this model of vehicle.

This was me and my wife"s first experience with leasing cars, and i am here to let everyone know that fuccillos Toyota was over the top with the customer relations, the service and the product,the whole experience made us lifetime customers!
