Awful!!! Don`t rent a budget truck from them, Karen the apparent worker is only slightly competent and totally rude, there is no customer service at all, she actually hung up on me twice after having me on hold for 7 min each time, and the in person service was worse. Try Evergreen or Woody?ˆ™s for your rental.
