I just want to take the time to say what a wonderful experience my family had at Ray Sands Glass. The day before Christmas Eve my car was broken in to and Ray Sands Glass was able to get me in that day. The office staff was so pleasant and even offered me to join in on all their holiday festivities. They treated me like I was one of their family members and I just want to say a great big THANK YOU. Companies hear all the time with complaints about how a job was done. On the flip side, I am a firm believeer when a job was done well you need to know this also.

I want to thank Ray Sands Glass for the expert work on our solar room glass. We are very happy with the results. We called several businesses that specialize in solar rooms and no one would even come to our home to give an estimate. They said that if they didn`t originally install it, that they wouldn`t come out. Your company did and the end product was exceptional.

I was moving my daughter back to college. My minivan was too full when I closed the back door. Of course the back glass broke. Ray Sands glass can to my house and replaced the back glass. Took out almost all the stuff out of my minivan and vacuumed it up. And I was still ready to go on the road the next morning.

Work performed on my vehicles has always been performed very professionally and the staff is courteous and very safety conscious. They explained to me that it is NOT recommened to have your windshield replaced in rainy , snowy or bad weather outside as the dirt, water and other debris will contaminate the adhiesive and could cause the windshild not to seal properly.
