Referring to Continental on Hertel.. This place is a total joke. The work and parts they uses are beyond sub par. They use junk "rebuilt" transmissions and then they hope it lasts through the 1 year warranty. If you try to get warranty work done be prepared to be treated to lies and no estimate as to how long it will take. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

poor customer service

I am very dissatisfied with customer service. I do not feel they cared about me after they got the sale . Another disappointing fact is I party went with continental because they had 3 locations which they advertise on their site. I assumed they all covered the warranty from each location . I was incorrect by that. I moved far away from this location so now I have to drive to this one for any type of service . Trust ... view moreme when I say there are a lot of better transmission shops around .
