Courteous and efficient

My passenger side window was broken by a thief on a Friday night. I went to Buffalo Auto Glass at mid-morning Saturday. Although only open until 1pm they fit the job in and had it fixed it by 12:30. They were courteous and pleasant throughout. I can`t speak for follow-up because I?ˆ™ve had no problems, now two days later.

Okay with repairs, but will not admit to possible mistakes. Once your car leaves the facility, any mistake is beyond their responsiblity
