a few days ago i took my car there to just put a wheel stud for $20 and they broke my axle which cost me $130 to fix it. so while the guy was taking out the wheel hub and other stuff ..he hit the axle with the hammer because he need to take out Wheel Hub Assembly in order to put the wheel stud but no one should ever hit the axle with the hammer because the CVE joint will break down. Wheel Hub Assembly should be take... view more out by hitting slowly from the behind of Wheel Hub Assembly WITHOUT HITTING THE AXLE. anyways after he put the wheel stud and everything back on ..i went for drive and i heard noise so i came home and i try to find out that how to remove Wheel Hub Assembly so i found out that if anyone ever hit the axle with the hammer the CVS joint will break down so i realize that the guy broke my axle. so i went back to them and ask the f***ing guy with mousdash that his guy broke my axle. he told me that the noise is comes because my bearing isnt good. so i told him ""listen your guy broke the axle because he hit the axle with the hammer"" he told me "" you dont know anything just change your bearing and the noise will be gone"" so i said ""ok"" but i knew the mother f**ker broke my car axle so after he change whole Wheel Hub Assembly for a baring, still car was making the same noise so i told him you see its not the problem with my car bearing..its your guy who broke my axle. so he put it back my old bearing. then check again and told me "" oh the noise is coming from transmition"" anyways i knew the f**ker isnt gonna commit that the guy broke the axle so i went to a greek guy btw Broadway and crescent st (joy macanich i guess that was the grage name) so he check and told me that my axle is broken so he told me give me $130 and i will fix it so he did fix it. and i got a receipt from him to show the f**ker panjab mother f**kers that they broke my axle and they need to pay but they didn`t pay after i show the receipt to them. anyways mother f**kers was lucky because when i put the wheel stud i didnt take receipt thats why i was not able to call cops on them because i dont have any prove that those mother f**ker broke my axle. i would say Punjab Auto is the WORSE Auto Repair Shop in Long Island City. those indian asswhole mother f**ker people dont know any s**t about auto. if you go there for fix one thing they will break some thing else. so i would say NEVER GO TO PANJAB FOR ANYTHING. AND TELL YOUR FRIEND AND FAMILIES WHO EVER U KNOW THAT NOT TO GO THERE.

I had the awful experience of meeting the owner of Punjab Auto after I revserved a Budget Truck through Budget.com. Budget recommends to call 24 hours before the reservation date to confirm the reservation with the local business. I do this, and Punjab Auto tells me that they don`t do reservations. I am confused and tell them that I reserved this 16ft. truck two weeks ago. Again, he tells me that we don`t do reserv... view moreations, first come first serve. If you don`t like it, call 1-800-Go-Budget, and then he hung up the phone. I called budget and they said they didn`t know why Punjab Auto would say this, but not to worry, there will be a truck there waiting for me. I arrive 8:00 am, the following morning, and I am told that there is no truck for me. I respond, I can see the truck, its rigfht across the street. The owner comes over and tells me, "brother, that`s sold, you don`t have a truck, go away." Then, another customer comes out of the office and begins to yell at the owner, he says "you told me $175 on the phone. Now you tell me $250.00!" The owner had sold my truck to another man for $175 and now was demanding $250.00 in cash. Punjab Auto is crooked and ruthless. They are liars, and they admit it. I called budget and they appologized for Punjab`s actions and said they would have a dispatcher call me within 2 hrs with another truck. They lied as well. I never recieved a call back from Budget and had to rent from U-Haul instead. Don`t trust Punjab Auto, they are evil! If they lie and rob you while rentling Budget trucks, I can`t imagine what they would do if they have your car`s engine in pieces. BAD TIMES!

Punjab Auto have Great Services and experienced Technicians. I have been using this workshop for last 10 years my all Auto jobs done on time with modErate price rate.

i am going in this shop from 12 years and i never have any problum with them and i recomend hundreds of people to them and thay all are great full to me couse thay get quick and great service i will recomend every one to go there and find out there service and honesty and you have to go there for your satisfection

Don`t go to Punjab Auto Repair on 21st Street in Long Island City. They will change their tune as soon as they start working on your vehicle. They lie to their customers and make up absurd excuses. I would never trust them ever again. You will be promised a 30 minute turn-around time, then once they have your vehicle apart, they will concentrate on other customers, since now you cannot just leave. When you te... view morell them you were promised a quick turnaround and quality service, they will tell you that you shouldn`t have come in so late, and other nonsense. It just doesn`t seem as though they want your business. Take your vehicle elsewhere, stay away from Punjab Auto Repair.
