con artist...not recommended...towed my parked vehicle without my permission then tried to charge me over 140 because he needed to move it to get to the vehicle that caused the accident and that he was called to move.. i dont think so. he said that i would be reimbursed by the insurance company so i should pay well thats called INSURANCE FRAUD buddy. after many arguments he finally returned my car to the site of the ... view moreaccident and left like i asked 2 hours prior.
